What are NCI Ministerial Studies?

All over the world pastors, ministers, evangelists and missionaries have been commissioned by NCI to serve God in various capacities. NCI provides specified courses of study for people to gain formal recognition as a minister of the Gospel. 

Application is made through NCIMF (New Covenant International Ministries Fellowship), a division of NCI for both initial recognition and annual membership. You can request the appropriate application forms from NCI Administrative Offices. The academic recognition standards are as follows:

(a) Certified Christian Minister or Worker (34 credit hours) must complete nominated courses from Certificate IV program of study or equivalent credit hours through RPL.

(b) Licensed Minister or Missionary (42 credit hours) must complete the Certificate IV of Applied Theology or equivalent credit hours through RPL.

(c) Ordained Minister (70 credit hours) must complete both Certificate IV of Applied Theology and Diploma of Bible Theology or equivalent credit hours through RPL.

Who Should Enroll in Ministerial Studies?

Anyone with a call of God to minister.

Christian workers who desire to earn or upgrade their qualifications, or receive recognition of the call of God on their life.

Pastors, evangelists, lay ministers, church workers or elders who desire to join a network of like-minded people committed to the development and extension of the Kingdom of God.

What is the Delivery Format of Courses in the Ministerial Studies?

NCI will tailor specific training programs for each person to ensure they gain the most benefit from the study experience. NCI will work with each individual to design a program that will enhance the ministry opportunities of the student, and achieve their goals and dreams for the future.
