   LEGAL STATUS

New Covenant International, Incorporated (also known as New Covenant International University & Theological Seminary) is registered as a private non-profit educational organization and is incorporated in the State of Florida, USA.

New Covenant International Incorporated is recognized by the US Internal Revenue Service as organized for educational purposes and is therefore exempt from taxation, pursuant to l.R.C. Section 501 (c) (3).

  AUTHORIZATION AND MEMBERSHIPS
 

New Covenant International University and Theological Seminary is the educational arm of New Covenant International Inc. and is authorized to operate as a Certified Member of the Florida Council of Private Colleges, pursuant to s246-041(1) (f).F.S. All colleges that comply with the FCPC standards exceed the minimum standards required by the State of Florida.

   Graduation Policy 

No student will be accorded graduation and conferment privileges until all financial and contractual obligations are satisfied. Affiliated centers will conduct graduation and presentation arrangements in consultation with the NCI faculty.

   Non-Discriminatory Policy

New Covenant International does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, national origin, gender, age, or handicapped status in any of its policies, procedures or practices. This requirement, in accordance with standard policies, extends to employment as well as to admission to the University programs.

   Privacy Policy

New Covenant International complies with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 which provides generally that:

Learners shall have the right of access to their educational records.

Educational Institutions shall not release education records to non-institutional employees without the consent of the learner.
