| The establishment of local church-based and part time Bible schools and training programs that will result in the release of well equipped laborers for the harvest of the souls of mankind. |
| The provision of culturally relevant and appropriate theological and biblical studies programs resulting in the earning of religious diplomas, degrees and awards. |
| The development of effective distance learning programs for use by persons restricted by physical, political and religious boundaries. |
| The provision of multilingual study options for people whose native language is not English. |
